Presentation

FOCUS Arquitectura is an architecture studio founded by Nacho Ferrer in 2018. Born in Palma, he studied architecture at the Barcelona School of Architecture (ETSAB-UPC), graduating in 2009. After starting his career in hotel projects, he would go on to founding the Arquitec2 studio in 2014.

early years

The first years of the profession were spent between large-scale hotel projects, interior renovations and new construction single-family homes. Likewise, his expert work is noteworthy, for which he obtained the title of IRD Expert in 2015 (ICAE-Madrid), exercising this activity for various top-level insurance companies in Spain (Mapfre, Reale, Zurich, Allianz...).

At present, this activity is directed towards the expertise of individuals and focused especially on constructive pathology and economic litigation derived from construction.

Conception of architecture

Mediterranean architecture is the basis of the FOCUS Architecture proposal. We believe that following the postulates of modern architecture and its fusion with native materials is the best way to satisfy the needs of our clients. Throughout these years, we have become specialists in customer satisfaction, providing the greatest confidence as a "country partner" during the project and execution process in all our orders.
